pump malfunction to a broken umbrella, nothing goes
un-noticed at your pool.

Maintenance of Pool and Bathrooms
Choose 3 day to 6 day per week maintenance with or
without bathroom service including
- Complete pool assessments (no charge)
- Keep facility in compliance with health
department
- Summer opening and Winter Closing
included
- Meeting with health department for
permitting
- Delivery of chemicals Winter

Features of Our Maintenance
Agreement

Equalized
Billing
We prorate payments so that each month your bill
is the same price. This helps with expensive
summer budgeting concerns when costs are at there
highest for landscapers, painting &
renovations.

GPS System
All of our trucks are equipped with GPS systems to
monitor each of our maintenance technicians. This
insures each facility is receiving the appropriate
time and attention.

Facility
Logs
Each property has a facility log in their pump
room. The maintenance technician logs in on each
trip including listing of supply deliveries and
noting issues that may impact the operation of
your pool.

Communication
When your maintenance technician arrives on
property should they find any vandalism,
mechanical problems, or other unusual issues that
need to be addressed, they notify our office via
mobile phone. Our Operations Department then
calls, emails or faxes the appropriate property
contact notifying them of the problem, and present
a solution.

Dedicated
Technician
We assign one specific technician to each facility,
allowing them to know all of the fine details and
familiarizing them with the residents. Often our
customers request their technicians by name every
single year. |
